1. Stand on the slope, show a crouch position at the start of the roll 2. Place hands flat on slope 3. Put chin on chest 4. Bend arms and slightly straighten legs to start the roll 5. Try to stand up with legs together
1. Rock and roll- start sitting in tuck shape on the mats 2. Knees together, rock back 3. Rock forwards and try to stand either on own or reaching forwards towards a partner 4. Keep feet and legs together throughout
Increase difficulty? Forward roll to sitting
Decrease difficulty? Forward roll to start on floor
